(A row of bikes outside a community center. A bike thief goes from one to the next until he finds one that is unlocked. Gleefully he hops on to make his getaway. He hoots and hollers and pulls out a crack pipe and smokes it as he pedals with no hands. Then he looks down and sees that the vehicle has stayed put, with the kickstand elevating the back wheel off the pavement. Police on skateboards overtake him and place him under arrest.)
